Financial Stewardship: Continued responsible budgeting with stronger emphasis on long-term financial planning and reserve funding.
Road Infrastructure Improvements: Address short-term road repairs while developing a comprehensive long-term road maintenance strategy and reserve study.
Strengthened Governing Documents: Finalize the community-wide effort to update, strengthen and modernize our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs).
Landscaping & Common Area Maintenance Excellence: Maintain our excellent standards for common area landscaping, including mulching, tree and shrub trimming, lawn mowing, bridge and gate maintenance, along with the final cleanup of any hurricane-related debris, to preserve the beauty, curb appeal, and overall quality of our shared, natural spaces.
Fair & Reasonable Enforcement: Focused enforcement efforts on issues that meaningfully impact the community’s quality of life, safety, and property values. Rules will be applied fairly, using common sense, practicality, and good judgment.
Community Building: Foster greater engagement and a stronger sense of community among neighbors.
